In this section I explain examples of my comments and how they show my achievements of practicing peer review.
Framing Statement:
Peer review in my opinion is essential for the final product of your essay. This is because when you have many people with different opinions on how you can improve your paper, there is many more ideas in improving your essay. There are two different people pointing out errors in your essay that are giving advise on how to create the best possible paper you can make. With these two different opinions there is more to work with and it makes it easier to revise your paper. My first peer reviews differ from my previous peer reviews. This is because my latest ones are much more descriptive and helpful than my first attempt. For example, I felt that I was providing more compliments rather than constructive criticism. Therefore, it made my revisions less helpful during my first attempts. I eventually got the hang of it and learned to revise other peoples work now that I had more and more information on the topic and techniques of how to make my revisions better so it is helpful for my peers.
